Amidst the fervent discussions surrounding BTS member Jimin's supposed 'off key' live performance on 'M! Countdown', the singer has cancelled his live appearance on the highly anticipated April 2 broadcast of SBS's 'Inkigayo', according to insiders.
Originally scheduled to perform live on the show, Jimin was expected to promote his comeback title track "Like Crazy" which was in contention for first place, following his live appearances on Mnet's 'M! Countdown' and KBS2's 'Music Bank'. However, it has now been disclosed that only a pre-recorded version of Jimin's "Like Crazy" performance will be broadcast on the April 2 episode of 'Inkigayo', with the artist himself absent during the live event.
After Jimin secured his first #1 trophy on a music program with "Like Crazy" on the March 30 broadcast of 'M! Countdown', a group of netizens stirred a heated debate by accusing the singer of singing "off key" during his encore stage. As a consequence of the controversy, Mnet has since deleted Jimin's encore stage video from YouTube.
During the March 31 episode of KBS2's 'Music Bank', where Jimin was also announced as the winner of the week, the BTS member offered a more comfortable stage, supported by a surprise guest, j-hope, who visited to encourage his bandmate.

Yeah I wish they would cancel the encore performances because they are cringe to watch when the artists aren’t doing something fun
