Q. What is NAKD SEOUL?

NAKD SEOUL is an online shopping platform curating Korean products from high quality local Korean brands. We strive to bring Seoul into your hands, with made in Korea products that are reliable, and fresh.

Q. What is NAKD Points?

With NAKD Points you can buy or get discounts to our products by simply contributing to the community.

For every activity where you contribute to the community, you can get NAKD Points. You can use these points at the NAKD SEOUL store like cash: 100 points =  $1. (We also plan to make NAKD Points available to use with other business partners in Korea – keep a lookout on that.)

Along with the points, we have a ranks system where you level up after reaching specific point balances. While we do not offer any direct benefits just yet, we are working on creating special discounts and events for high-level users.

Q. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, pretty much anywhere around the world 🙂

Q. How long does the shipping take to get to ____ ?

5~21 business days, depending on which shipping method you use, and where you are in the world. You can get the estimated shipping time on the checkout menu.

We ship in bulk every Tuesday and Friday, meaning orders from Wednesday will be shipped on Friday, Sunday orders on Tuesday and etc.

Q. Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other charges?

VAT and other import taxes may occur depending on your country and the value of your purchase. The recipient will be responsible for the duties and taxes for the import packages.

Q. Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, a tracking number will be provided via email within 2~3 days after it has been shipped.

Q. What payments do you accept?

Currently, we accept payments through PayPal.

Q. Are refunds available?

Q. Why is my order taking so long?

Some of our products like the RIU & VIU shoes, are made on a per-order basis, meaning these will take a longer time to be ready to ship. We will notify if a product is produced per-order in the product descriptions.

Q. Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, you can make changes as long as we have not shipped your package yet. Simply cancel your order or add a new order and email us at help@nakdseoul.kr and ask us about shipping

Q: Can I order from Korea?

If you use an international credit card on your PayPal account yes. If you are ordering from Korea please write down your address in Korean if possible, it helps us a lot. Thank you.
