Jisoo of the globally renowned K-pop girl group BLACKPINK is preparing for her debut as a solo artist. Her first single album, titled ME, is scheduled to be released on Friday, March 31st. To build anticipation for the release, Jisoo took to Twitter on Monday, March 27th to reveal the album’s tracklist.
The album will consist of two tracks, “꽃 (FLOWER)” and “All Eyes on Me.” To accompany the announcement, Jisoo shared a striking new poster featuring her pulling back a sheer red curtain. In the image, she wears a black leather beret and sports bold red lipstick.
Jisoo’s first solo album follows in the footsteps of fellow BLACKPINK members Rose and Lisa, both of whom released autobiographical solo albums earlier in 2021 titled -R- and LALISA, respectively.
Jisoo is the final member of BLACKPINK to release a solo album, with Jennie having already dropped her single “Solo” in 2018. The album is set to be released by YG Entertainment, the label that manages BLACKPINK.
