The group NewJeans is gearing up for a comeback.
On the 23rd, an official from ADOR, NewJeans' agency, informed Korean media, "NewJeans is currently preparing to release a new album. The exact schedule will be announced at a later date," he said.
On the same day, a media outlet reported that NewJeans will unveil a pre-release track on July 7th, followed by the release of their new album later in the same month.
NewJeans has been actively promoting their title track "OMG" from their single album, also titled "OMG," which was released in January.
f NewJeans' comeback in July is confirmed, it will mark their first comeback in approximately six months since "OMG." Last month, NewJeans also delighted fans with the release of Coca-Cola's commercial song, "Zero."
Meanwhile, NewJeans made their debut in August of last year with their self-titled debut album, "NewJeans," and quickly gained popularity as a girl group, garnering syndrome-like popularity.
Following the success of their songs "Attention," "Hype Boy," "Cookie," and "Hurt," NewJeans has consistently impressed fans with each release, including chart-topping hits like "OMG" and "Ditto."
