Korean traditional Clothes

Hello everyone!
I wanted to ask if you can recommend any websites or books regarding traditional korean clothes? (in English, Spanish or German)
When I watch historical dramas I always ask myself what meaning the hat, that the king and the government officials wear, has and when the little “wings” on the back of it are up and when/why down(?) but couldn’t find any good resources.
