How are children of mixed Asian heritage perceived in Korea? (ie Korean-Japanese, Korean-Chinese, Korean – Thai, ect). I see a lot of stories of mixed raced Children’s experience but cannot find any that explores the mixed Asian heritage stories in depth. Thank you

There probably haven’t been many stories because their experiences aren’t all that different to a typical Korean child’s experience, especially if their Korean is just as fluent as the others. And since Asian cultures are more similar to each other, than say Asian and Western cultures, they probably had less difficulties fitting in. Also, Asians look more similar to each other too, so I think that kids with mixed Asian heritage will have hardly any trouble at all growing up in Korea.
But of course, I can’t speak for everyone so if anyone here can add additional information, please go ahead
