We send off our shipments every Tuesday & Friday. Orders from Wednesday will be sent off on Friday, Sunday orders will be shipped Tuesday, etc. However, these dates may slightly be adjusted in case of national holidays in Korea.
Expedited Shipping : takes between 5~10 business days. We send via FedEx International Priority (FIP) to all supported countries. Available in most parts of the world, even those not reachable via standard shipping options below.
Standard Shipping : takes between 7~20 business days. We send via various local shipment providers. Available in select countries listed below. *Weight and price restrictions may make this option unavailable.

Shipping rates may differ based on weight, and it will be automatically calculated accordingly to what is in your cart.
Tracking codes will be sent through email once made available by our shipping providers. It usually takes 2~3 days after shipment for shipping codes to be sent to you.
VAT and other import taxes may occur depending on your country and the value of your purchase. Please check your local government’s tax policies regarding overseas purchases. NAKD SEOUL is not responsible for paying such additional taxes that may occur during your purchase.
Due to the nature of international delivery, it is usually very difficult to change the address after the package has entered the shipping phase. Please make sure you double-check your address before you order. We are not responsible for unreceived orders due to wrong address inputs.

We WILL refund products that have defects upon arrival.
We have arduous quality control to make sure our products are in perfect condition, however if you do find defects upon receiving the product please send us an email at email@example.com with pictures of the defect.
We WILL refund orders that have failed to reach you* due to our / our shipment provider’s mistakes.
*within 75 days. Although we usually ship within 7~20 days, so don’t worry.

Q. How long does the shipping take to get to ____ ?
- 5~21 business days, depending on which shipping method you use, and where you are in the world. You can get the estimated shipping time on the checkout menu.
- We ship in bulk every Tuesday and Friday, meaning orders from Wednesday will be shipped on Friday, Sunday orders on Tuesday and etc.
Q. Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other charges?
- VAT and other import taxes may occur depending on your country and the value of your purchase. The recipient will be responsible for the duties and taxes for the import packages.
Q. Do you provide a tracking number?
- Yes, a tracking number will be provided via email within 2~3 days after it has been shipped.

Q. Why is my order taking so long?
- Some of our products like the RIU & VIU shoes, are made on a per-order basis, meaning these will take a longer time to be ready to ship. We will notify if a product is produced per-order in the product descriptions.
Q. Can I make changes to my order?
- Yes, you can make changes as long as we have not shipped your package yet. Simply cancel your order or add a new order and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask us about shipping
Q: Can I order from Korea?
- If you use an international credit card on your PayPal account yes. If you are ordering from Korea please write down your address in Korean if possible, it helps us a lot. Thank you.
