On the 30th, Jungkook announced that he will release his solo digital single "Seven" on the global fandom life platform Weverse at 1 p.m. on July 14 (Korea Standard Time). "Seven" is a cheerful summer song with an energetic melody that showcases Jungkook's charm.
Alongside the news of his solo single release, Jungkook also unveiled the online cover of "Seven." The cover image features the song title "Seven," Jungkook's English name (Jung Kook), and the number "7," all overlapped on a white background.
Previously, Jungkook showcased his talent through "Left and Right" and "Dreamers," the official Qatar World Cup soundtrack, where he collaborated with American pop singer Charlie Puth.
The agency stated, "'Seven' is a summer song with a lively melody that captures the essence of summer energy." They also added, "As Jungkook embarks on his first official solo career, he will present a fresh and diverse image with 'Seven.'"
