BTS Suga will go on the long-awaited world tour.
Sugar will kick off the spectacular "Sugar August D-Day Tour" at UBS Arena in Belmont Park, New York, on the 26th (local time). Suga will continue his two-month world tour in nine cities (25 total) from the United States to Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, Singapore and Seoul through his first solo concert since his debut.
Suga will perform a solo album "D-DAY" released on the 21st on the "Sugar August D-Day Tour," as well as mixtapes "August D" (2016) and "D-2" (2020). As "D-Day" is the final work of "August D" and "D-2," his past journey is also included in the performance.
The "Sugar August D-Day Tour" focuses on the story of Suga and August D, who have reached several quarters before and after their debut. Stage production and setlist are also organized so that his history of change and August Dietrige can be best conveyed. You can see the identity of Suga and August D, as well as the traces of repeated agony as musicians.
Suga will present his solo songs on stage, revealing a different aspect from the BTS stage. Suga's special stage, which will reveal different concepts and charms, is also a viewing point for this performance.
"I've been practicing steadily for this solo tour," said Suga, who is fully prepared for the world tour. I feel more comfortable than ever preparing for a concert, and I'm very excited to meet ARMY. "I hope you enjoy it happily and happily," he said.
Meanwhile, Suga will have a U.S. tour in Newark on May 29, Rosemont on May 3, 5-6, Los Angeles on May 10-11 and 14, and Oakland on May 16-17, starting with Belmont Park on May 26-27.
